Postnatal is the time after you have given birth to your baby. This survey is going to ask questions about the care you received from the community teams after you gave birth and were at home.
We are going to ask questions about the care given to you and your baby by health professionals. Some of these questions will ask about your mental health, infant feeding and general care. There will also be an opportunity for you to tell us about your experience in your own words.

Our roleis to hear the voice of women, birthing people and their families and to understand their experiences of the county’s maternity care. We report all your feedback back to maternity services and ensure that your voice is listened to.
The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete.
