Personalised Care Plans – Journey to Parenthood
New parents were invited to join the team from Gloucestershire Better Births Programme at The School House Café in Cheltenham on 18th January 2019 to gather feedback on how we can personalise their Journeys to Parenthood. This was as a result of a collaboration across the South West to design and implement personalised care plans for women.
We were absolutely overwhelmed with how well attended the session was. Thank you to those that took the time to come along for a coffee, say hello and enjoy the AMAZING cake! Women who attended gave us some great suggestions and we’ve incorporated this feedback into the design of our first draft personalised care plan. We’re also driving forward with our Digital Journey which was suggested and endorsed by many women on the day.
We hope to run similar events in the future so please do keep a look out on our ‘events’ section of the website – we really value hearing your experiences, thoughts and feedback as after all, parents are the perfect judges for this!
